Natural cosmetic raw material obtained in the process of extraction of overground parts of Acmella oleracea. Spilanthol constitutes active ingredient (CAS: 25394-57-4, C14H23NO, 221.339 g/mol, (2E,6Z,8E)-N-(2-Methylpropyl)deca-2,6,8-trienamide, belonging to the large group of N-alkyloamides.
Basic ingredient of the extract enables direct application of the raw material in the manufacturing of cosmetic products.
